The Speakers

Phillip Jensen

Phillip has a wonderful gift of encouraging women from all walks of life. He has taught for many years in Australia and overseas, and is responsible for Anglican Ministry Training in Sydney. Phillip and Helen will be married for 40 years later this year, so have definitely experienced first-hand the joys and pressures of a ministry marriage.

Cathy Smith

Cathy and her husband Graham both trained and worked as doctors before moving to Japan as missionaries. She supported Graham as they served as faithful ministers of God's word in Japan for nearly 20 years. They are now involved in ministry among the Japanese community on the lower north shore of Sydney. Cathy’s experiences have given her unique insights into our ideas about success, being a ministry wife and most importantly God's perspective.
