Pray for GCS Griffith Uni Brisbane; that students’ non-Christian friends who were reading the Bible over the semester would grow more curious about Jesus and that the Spirit would work in them to see Jesus as King and Saviour.

Pray that those in the EU Sydney Uni that will attend, and are planning summer missions from 10-14 December in places that are less reached by the gospel and less resourced to minister it will do so diligently, for God’s glory; that they will be able to love those they meet, and share the gospel boldly for the Kingdom of God.

Pray for students at EOC ACU Strathfield as they prepare for their final exams and assessments of the year; that they would know God’s peace in this time. Pray especially for graduating students as they conclude their studies and that they would go out in service to God and the community.

Pray for growth and fruitfulness for NDBF UND Fremantle as they begin planning for the year ahead; that they would serve diligently and wisely those whom God entrusts to walk in faith alongside them, and that their fellowship would be strengthened in unity, wisdom, and love.

Please pray for CCS ACU Canberra members who will be attending the NTE conference being held from 6-10 December; that God will prepare their hearts for what He has for them during this time.

Pray for wisdom for UBS CSU Albury-Wodonga’s committee going into 2026. Being quite a small and new committee, would you pray for God’s guidance and strength.

Pray for Melbourne Uni CU’s Planning and Teams days being held on 24 and 25 November as CU prayerfully consider the year ahead and start planning events.

Prayer that Christian students at Monash Caulfield would see the work of Monash Caulfield CU and be compelled to join.

Pray that as Melbourne Uni GCU students go into exam season, Jesus would help them in their stressful moments and give them peace.

Pray that AFES will double our numbers offering themselves for Missionary Service.

Pray for University of New England, Armidale Christians United, and their NTE Mission from 20-23 November in Wee Waa; that it will be a mission centred on the gospel, and that all involved will be encouraged and spurred on to serve God now, and into the future.

Pray for the University Fellowship of Christians at the University of Tasmania, Hobart Staff-Executive Summit on 20 November; that outgoing executive members can share their experience and wisdom and that incoming members will be strong and courageous.

Pray for Christian Union, Macquarie University, Sydney’s Annual Dinner on 20 November and give thanks for the opportunity to celebrate the year as a campus group and pray as they farewell their grads, hold their AGM and handover to the next management committee team.

Pray that in line with AFES’ second value, we will constantly shape all our methods, our ministries, and our mission by the Scriptures.

AFES FOCUS || Pray that the Japan International Student Ministry Summit in Tokyo from 17-19 November may have God-glorifying outcomes, with FOCUS Specialist, Matthew Meek, and others attending.

Pray that AFES will double our reach in calling people to turn back to Jesus in repentance and faith.

Pray for Uni of Canberra FOCUS and their preparations for the upcoming Mark Drama in early 2026; that they will find a suitable venue and enough cast members including someone to play Jesus.

Thank God for the Sydney University Evangelical Union Faculty Days Away that were held recently and for those coming up soon; that they have/will be deeply encouraging times in which friendships can grow, faith can deepen and love can abound all the more as they gather around God’s word.

Pray for Griffith Christian Students at Griffith University, Brisbane who are enrolled in Trimester 3; that they would find opportunities for evangelism and to boldly proclaim Christ on campus.

Pray for University of Canberra FOCUS students; that would get a good break from university as they gear up for NTE.

Pray for Notre Dame Bible Fellowship at the University of Notre Dame, Fremantle; that they would continually demonstrate God’s love in all they do and say, and that if it is His will, He would soften hearts toward them and the message of the gospel.

Please pray for students in Campus Bible Ministries at Western Sydney University, Penrith as they undergo exams; that they would remain focused on God, prioritising him as they work hard with their studies.

Please pray for the new committee members of Canberra Christian Society at Australian Catholic University, Canberra as they step into what next year might involve for the Christian group at ACU, and how to best go about applying these.

Please pray for Melbourne University Christian Union P-Day and End of Year Dinner as they celebrate the end of semester and send off their graduating students.

Prayer that the new committee at Monash University, Caulfield’s Christian Union would work together well and understand how they can work together for the edification of the Church.

Pray that the Graduate Christian Union at the University of Melbourne would continue to grow and be bold in spreading Jesus on campus

Praise God for Uni Bible Study at Charles Sturt University, Albury-Wodonga’s burger night where we had roughly 20 people attend, with 2 students sharing the ‘difference Jesus makes in their lives’; that God would work in the hearts of all who attended and draw them to Himself.

Pray that in line with the AFES Mission statement we will nurture our student groups to evangelise, encourage, train and send students into the world to serve Christ for his glory.

AFES FOCUS || Pray for many international students to come to NTE and for staff preparing to lead FOCUS Strands in Easy English and other languages.

Please pray for Evangelicals on Campus, at the Australian Catholic University, Strathfield and their upcoming Thanksgiving Dinner on 1 November; that it would be a joyful and encouraging time of reflection and thanksgiving for what God has done in the past 10 years of EOC’s ministry and will do in the future.
