Staff Support Specialist - Full time

As a member of the Staff Support team your role will be to drive the refining and development of AFES HR policies, procedures and systems, with an understanding that people are the most precious resource enabling the work on campus to flourish.

About you

  • Personally committed to Christ, servant-hearted and passionate about the ministry of AFES.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer service focus.
  • Excellent knowledge of human resources principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently to manage time, set priorities and plan workload to meet objectives and deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of staff and donor information.
  • Highly proficient with MS Office and high computer literacy including skills with email clients, databases, and web browsers.
  • Appropriately qualified or with demonstrated experience.

Ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience in a HR / Staff Support role and is looking to grow, or experience in driving organisational change through HR practices to meet the vision/mission of the organisation.
